Design Process

Design Brief meeting

Every project we do begins with an initial meeting.
During this crucial phase, we explore your ideas, budget, plans/drawings and timeframe to ensure that every detail in your build or renovation is carefully considered.
If you haven’t selected an architect yet that’s ok, we’re happy to recommend someone we can trust for the job.

Planning and Design

After the initial meeting we will bring your ideas to life and prepare a concept design for you to review. Once approved we will establish a budget based on the scope of the project, including factors such as the construction process, design objectives regulations and building codes.

Preliminary works

To provide a final quote and confirm the builds specifications, preliminary works such as Geo Report, BAL Assessment, Site Survey, structural engineering, DA Approval to local council (if required) need to be considered. A final build costing will be completed and supplied to you to review.

Contracts and Documentation

Once the quote is approved a building contract is signed. Documentations to obtain a building permit will be submitted to your local council, and when finance is approved, the handover of site process will commence.

Your build begins

Breaking ground, the transition from planning and designing to the physical building phase. We carry out onsite meetings to keep you updated with the project and you can be guaranteed construction will be to the highest standard.

On completion of your build a final inspection will take place
to ensure you are happy with the result for handover.
